How much time does the Social Coyote save you a week?
I spend 5-10 hours per week searching for events—and that doesn’t even count the time spent attending events or meeting with coyotes for coffee. San Diego is a happening city, and tech events are listed everywhere: email, LinkedIn, and multiple platforms. It takes time to gather the best ones to share here, but it’s 100% worth the effort.
Why, though?
I’ve discovered the power of connection and San Diego’s unique chemistry for building networks. I don’t want our community to lose traction by constantly having to search for the best events. It’s about meeting each other, not wading through endless options, listings, and aggregator sites.
It’s hard to quantify the value because one connection could change your entire trajectory. But suppose we apply a metric to it—say, time saved per week. Would you say the Social Coyote has saved you 15 minutes per week searching for events? 30 minutes? More?
