Innovation doesn’t have to be complex. It just needs to be something new, done in a way that hasn’t been tried before.

Take this: tagging someone in a post and asking, "Are intros in public a thing?" Maybe they are now. I hadn’t seen it before, but was it interesting? Absolutely. And did it lead to a great coffee in the San Diego sunshine? Howl yeah, it did.

This ecosystem thrives on experimentation. We’re a cluster of people pushing boundaries in startups, strategies and tools. That mindset doesn’t stop at business. It spills into how we connect, collaborate, and create.

We have a culture that rewards trying new things. So as long as we’re gathering data, why not see what happens? Worst case, we learn what doesn’t work. Best case, we open up a whole new canyon to explore.

We don’t have to reinvent the wheel, but we can think of an innovative way to connect two people together.
