🐺 18 Events and a Casual Coffee?

It really feels like San Diego is building momentum.

We have builder days popping up all over the city, and we’re having conversations about what dedicated founder spaces could look like.

It’s so exciting!

But all this does get me thinking. This is just an idea (for now), but in theory, the tech and builder pack could claim a few spots around town that are known as places builders hang.

Maybe this is already happening? Loop me in.

Think about it. We could put a lot of effort into getting our own space, building a community around it, and hoping it resonates. Or we could simply decide that this coffee shop on Tuesday is where we work from. A casual event. Low lift. Nearly no planning. Just showing up. And this format might even lead to deeper connections.

I’d imagine we could help each other with a key intro, untangle a problem, or swap tools to move the mission forward.

There are so many ways we can help this city grow, and as long as we’re doing it together, I’m all for it.
