Consistency might be the most underrated part of getting connected.

It matters in a lot of areas, but in community, it compounds fast. The more you show up, the more you’re seen. And the more you’re seen, the easier it becomes to connect.

I’m using “community” broadly here, but it works even better in specific ones. SDx is a great example.

Consistency leads to recognition. Recognition leads to momentum. Momentum makes it easier to build what you’re working on, or just as importantly, to help someone else along the way.

Think about it. The next time you’re in a room, how many faces do you recognize that you haven’t officially met yet?

Those people are showing up too. You’ve already seen them.

And they’re some of the easiest people to connect with.

“Didn’t I see you at that thing last week?”
“Howl yeah. I’m Jonah.”

Add time to the equation, and it becomes almost inevitable. Keep showing up consistently, and connections naturally follow.

Let’s have a little fun

I’m making 5 personalized CoyoTees and giving them out to the pack.

If you were here early and want one, send me the cover coyote image from the very first Social Coyote newsletter you ever received.

DM me here, on LinkedIn, or however we usually chat.

I’ll design the CoyoTees and send them to the first 5 people who respond.

A small thank-you for being here early. Howl yeah 🐺
