I broke my streak 😬
I had gone 30 weeks without missing a San Diego tech event.
And this has nothing to do with event quality last week either! I was overflowing with FOMO. In fact, there were 8 happenings that looked fantastic. I ended up living vicariously through event photos on LinkedIn.
I was there in spirit. Ahwoo. But that’s not as cool.
It was a great reminder to reflect on where we’ve come as a community, and the result of our insanely hard-working event organizers here in San Diego.
If this were a longer opening, I’d name them all, but still, their paws are all over this newsletter in the events below.
When we were just getting started together, as a coyote pup, there were some weeks where there were only 1 or 2 things that looked really exciting. That’s not for a lack of quality either. There were literally only 2 events.
San Diego has kicked into a new gear and it’s actually harder to pick where to go now. I’ll start adding the paws back to events that really stand out to me, and definitely let me know which events you think deserve the paws too.
It’s time to get back out there, restart the streak, and see all of our tech friends again!
