Applications for the Techstars San Diego powered by SDSU 2024 class are now open. Howl yeah! Techstars invests up to $120k in each company and the companies selected will spend three months working from the accelerator space on SDSU's campus with some of San Diego's best startup mentors.

Did you have a chance to attend Startup San Diego’s 1st Monday event last week? It was PACKED and easily a highlight of the week for me! Three things stood out:

  1. ClickUp’s Office was a pretty amazing venue. It got me thinking: is there a shared list of companies and offices looking to collaborate with event organizers to hold events? Seems like a natural fit to me.

  2. The event was special. It honored a handful of entrepreneurs who produced a film highlighting the challenges of raising capital as a female founder. Growl at this: Only 2% of venture funding goes to female founders.

  3. There was so much “Howl Yeah” energy in the room. We needed 2x the seats! We made so many connections and exchanged lots of high paws.

But they say, never go to sleep on a win, so let’s continue to develop our networks and make a new connection this week. Here are all the happenings to know about about as we plan to leave our den this week:
