Do we ever complete our quest of building a bigger network?

Is there a point when we no longer need to offer our paw at events because we’ve achieved the ultimate goal of becoming “connected”?

It seems hard to believe.

Especially as we all continue to evolve, find new hobbies, start new companies, and engage in new activities. A very close friend could learn a new skill or even join a new community that wasn’t even on our radar before.

I have some ideas simmering, but I wanted to pose a few questions first:

Do you tie a metric to connecting? Is there a target to shoot for? Can we do this with intention while also leaving room for serendipity?

Maybe more questions than answers, but as long as we continue to stay curious and find fascination in what others are doing, there seems to be an unlimited opportunity to expand our packs.
