Welcome, Social Coyote!
Autocorrect bit me last week. But maybe that was my fault for sort of inventing a word.
I didn’t realize it at the time, but pack members started to call me out for good reason!
I was trying to make a joke about wearing a Padres hat… Padres hatting, to be exact. Which actually means to make or create hats. But if we remove one of those “t”s… we get.
Okay, so this is not a grammar publication, but my “joke” was corrected to hating! Growl.
Consider this my public apology. I love San Diego, I love the Padres, and I love wearing Padres hats. And to be fair, I do also enjoy making hats (tease? 👀).
The only thing I may have negative feelings toward is a particular team in blue to the north.
Anyway, the best thing to come of it was all the wonderful conversations, jokes, and teasing that ensued. Thank you for reaching out, if you did. That was a treat, even if it was a total acciden“t” on my part.
I love this pack, and I love that we’re connected here in San Diego like that.

A Message for Super Coyotes |

I’ve spent the weekend (plus a few weeks prior) thinking about what the Super Coyote is and the value it brings. I love the concept, but I don’t feel like it has been given the love to truly howl.
I’ll be winding down the Super Coyote for the time being, reforming what it can (and should) be, and then relaunching it from there. Assuming it’s both needed and makes sense.
I have no shortage of thanks for your support and for the offer to help me build this piece of the brand.
I’m all for San Diego (I hope you know this by now), and howling is one of my top activities.
