Last week I traveled from North Park to Vista, crossing the scary 52 without any new podcasts in my queue, to speak at an AI meetup about branding and distribution.
I've traveled for events before and I don't mind the driving. That wasn't the vacation.
This coyote is usually in the back of the room, watching. That's the comfortable spot, built up across hundreds of events.
This time I was heading to the front to speak. I hadn't shared these stories before and I didn't know if an AI room would care about branding. I really hoped it would be helpful, but I had no way of knowing until I closed the laptop.
I'm feeling changed in two ways. The first, organizing my thoughts around an idea might be the best way to think something through. The second, this is a step towards saying yes to more opportunities that make sense.
